The Mississippi Farm to School Network is excited to host a FREE virtual Farm to Early Care & Education (ECE) Webinar on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, from 1:00–2:30 pm. All who attend the full webinar will receive a certificate of attendance for two contact hours.

This interactive session will introduce attendees to an overview of Farm to Early Care and Education (Farm to ECE), what it is, and how to make it happen. Together we’ll explore:

• Implementing strategies like local food sourcing, gardening, nutrition & agriculture-based education

• Licensure and regulations related to Farm to ECE

• Starting and maintaining a garden in early childcare settings

• Fun, low or no-cost Farm to ECE activities for young learners

• Funding opportunities to support you Farm to ECE goals

This is a great opportunity for Mississippi childcare providers and their supporters to gain practical tools, share ideas, and connect as a community to enhance Mississippi children’s health and wellness.
