Young Family Farm in Clarksdale is hosting Ag / Blues Fest 2026 on Friday, April 10, 2026, a celebration of agriculture, local food systems, and Mississippi Delta cultural heritage!

Morning Student Experience (9:30 AM – 1:00 PM)
Students will rotate through small farm activities, learn about food systems, and explore agricultural careers. Using the SOAR learning framework, they’ll get hands-on with farming, blues culture, and youth education in an interactive way.

Afternoon Program (1:15 – 4:30 PM)
Open to the community and partners, this program is all about connecting, learning, and celebrating the rich culture of agriculture in the Delta.

This is a great opportunity for students and community members to experience farming, local food, and Mississippi Delta heritage at Young Family Farm!
