Final Round: Apply Now for Free Garden Boxes!

The Mississippi Farm to School Network is excited to announce the final round of our Garden Box Donation Program! This program provides schools and programs across Mississippi with aluminum raised garden boxes to help start or expand their school gardens.

So far, we’ve reached 114 recipients, serving more than 12,850 students and distributing 269 raised beds, with just over 100 left to distribute. Secure yours today!

Applications are quick, about 5 minutes to complete, and we will prioritize sites with the greatest need. Garden boxes are awarded to schools, early childcare centers, after-school programs, and other student-focused sites that can commit to caring for the gardens long term.

Eligibility Highlights:

• Must be a school or program site in Mississippi

• Must have at least 2 staff or volunteers to maintain the garden

• Must commit to nurturing and sustaining the garden
